This notice explains how venxon.ai ("the office") handles your data when you book through this website, under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its Executive Regulation.
Data we collect
Your name, mobile number, email (if given), renter type and the booking details (branch, category, dates, extras, notes).
Why
To handle your booking request and contact you about it, then to prepare the rental contract at pick-up and meet the office's legal obligations.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent when you send the request. You may withdraw it by contacting the office; this does not affect what happened before.
Where it is stored
The office uses the Miftahly platform (by RWAD) to manage its bookings. Data is stored on cloud servers outside Oman with appropriate safeguards, and is never sold or used for marketing without your consent.
How long
Booking data is kept for the duration of the relationship; contract and invoice data for the period required by law (up to ten years).
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or port your data and object to its processing. Contact the office using the details on the "About" page; requests are answered within 45 days.
