1. The renter must meet the office's minimum age and hold a driving licence valid for the whole rental. 2. The vehicle may not leave Oman without the office's written no-objection letter. 3. A rental day is 24 hours; delay beyond the set hours counts as a full day, shorter delay is charged per hour. 4. The renter returns the vehicle in the same condition, with the same fuel, oil and fluid levels as received. 5. Any accident must be reported immediately to the Royal Oman Police and the office, with a police report. 6. The renter bears the stated excess per accident, and the stated amount in case of total loss. 7. Traffic fines during the rental are the renter's; the office may collect them with an administrative fee. 8. No smoking; no towing, racing or driving lessons. 9. Tampering with the odometer cancels free kilometres and the renter bears the costs. 10. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs makes the renter fully liable for any damage. 11. Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence or breach of these terms. 12. Late payment makes the renter liable for all legal and collection costs.
